Curls: Adjust resistance (7 reps ea.) Hold & move EQ as you would a ‘barbell’. Finger Curl: With palms facing up, secure EQ near outstretched fingertips. Curl EQ inwards using only fingers. Try to avoid using wrists. Wrist Curl: Tighten band accordingly. Get solid grip on handles. Then curl EQ up to where arms are 90° to body. Lock in this position & use just your wrist to lift & lower EQ (keep your arms away from body.) Wrist movement only (felt in forearms.) Reverse Curl: (7 reps) Hold EQ in ‘barbell’ position w/palms facing DOWN. Start curl w/EQ below waist area, curl to shoulder height, arc EQ forward, away from body, then lower EQ to start next rep. Use controlled breathing technique as explained earlier. Curl & Present: (7 reps) Same as above only palms facing UP. Start ‘standard’ curl below waist, curl to shoulder, arc EQ forward, away from body, lower to start next rep. Breathe properly.

Shak’n to the Core: Secure double band around upper back (12 reps for each exercise). TIP: Inhale fully, start your twists, perform a short exhale at the end of each twist. If necessary, pause to inhale and complete the set.
Sit & Row (sit with crisscross legs, double band around back, extend arms, “row” using EQ as you ‘oar’ side-to-side. Push EQ forward & start with arms straight to front. Head moves with twist looking in direction of twist. Sit & Twist (same as above only arms remain in extended locked in level position as you twist entire torso side-to-side.) V-Ups (12 reps ea.) - Lay on floor, secure dbl. band under back. Extend legs to ‘V’ shape. Push EQ upward to feet. Lace-ups - same as V-ups only extended legs together & push EQ to feet. Boat – In boat position, band @ back, push EQ forward & hold boat position. Crunches – Pull knees in while pushing EQ over top of crunch.
Single Leg twist knee up & crunch – Extend EQ. Twist knees to opposite band. EQ twists (R) & (R) knee crunches under to touch (L) band. Repeat twist/touch pattern using both legs. REMOVE BAND from EQ. ADD WEIGHT to slide.

There is no warranty on the accessory package that comes with The Equalizer™. This is a promotional "gift" package. 365Trainer warrants The Equalizer™ device to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for which product is intended. The warranty period for equipment is for a period of One (1) year(s) from date of delivery. Warranty may be voided for damage due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a 365Trainer product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Equalizer is built with components that should last for years under normal use. The Equalizer is backed by a 1-year warranty which covers any breakage during normal use which is defined as ordinary consumer use under normal home conditions and used in accordance with the instructions included with the Product. Our testing and development team have used the Equalizer weekly for over 3 years without any of the components breaking or deteriorating including the handles which is the component that receives most of the torque due to the twisting nature of the design. The possibility exists for a handle, at some time, to slip off the bar if the adhesive securing it simply gives under the user’s strength and torque which will vary from person to person. If this occurs there is a simple way to fix it. The handle is designed to be fixed fast and easy should one become loose. If you experience a loose handle, pull it off the Equalizer bar. Lightly sand the bar 2/3rds the length of the foam handle. Use 150 grit (fine) sandpaper. Clean residue from the bar. Pour water into the foam handle and empty it. Apply a thin layer of Gorilla Glue on the sanded or “scored” area using a disposable plastic glove so the glue is applied evenly. Make sure there’s no buildup or excessive glue on the handle bar area. Twist, DON’T PUSH, the handle on the bar. Feeling resistance as you twist the handle onto the bar is normal. The handle may start to pop out due to the airtight pressure of the bar which is normal. Twist the handle on, hold it in place once it is all the way on, and secure it by placing it flat with one end resting tightly against a wall or wall trim. Then place a heavy object against the other handle. This will secure the bar in place until the glue dries. If you return it to us to perform the above quick and easy steps you will incur shipping costs and a delay in using the Equalizer.
